A van that stops is work that stops. That is why Grúas Alacrant offers a tow truck service for vans, panel vans and converted vehicles in Alicante and throughout the province, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, whatever condition they are in. Call +34 622 871 764 or message us on WhatsApp. We are available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. We give you a no-obligation quote before we set off.
Why a van needs the right tow service
A van does not move like a car: its size, its height and often the load it carries call for a different manoeuvre and different equipment. Transporting it in an improvised way can damage the vehicle, the goods or even create a risk on the road. That is why it helps to tell us from the start what kind of van it is and what situation it is in.
Vehicles we handle
- Delivery vans and commercial vehicles.
- Panel vans and converted vehicles.
- Family, work or travel vans.
- Vans that have broken down, been in an accident or are immobilised on the road, in an industrial estate or in a garage.
Common situations
- Breakdown on the road: if the van will not start, has a mechanical fault or has lost a wheel, we take it to the workshop of your choice. If it is only a battery problem, a puncture or lack of fuel, our roadside assistance can often avoid the tow.
- Scheduled transport to a workshop or to your home, inside and outside the province.
- Long-distance transfers across mainland Spain: see vehicle transport across Spain.
How the service works
- You call or message us on WhatsApp with your location, the type of van and what is wrong.
- We give you a no-obligation quote before we set off.
- We come, assess the situation and load the vehicle carefully.
- We take it to the workshop, your home or the destination you tell us.
What to tell us when you call
The model and approximate dimensions of the van, whether it is loaded, whether it rolls, whether a wheel is damaged and exactly where it is. That lets us send the right equipment.
