When to call a tow truck for your car
Not every problem is the same, so it helps to know when it is better not to move the car yourself:
- A breakdown that stops you driving: warning lights, smoke, fluid leaks, loud mechanical noises or a car that will not start.
- An accident: if the underside, the steering or the wheels have been hit, the safest option is to move it on a platform.
- A blocked vehicle: locked wheels or steering, an automatic gearbox that does not allow towing, or a car in a hard-to-reach place.
- A car trapped in a garage or underground car park: tell us your case and we will assess how to get it out safely. See vehicle recovery.
- Scheduled transport: to a workshop, to your home, to the ITV inspection or to another city, inside and outside the province.
Cars we transport
We work with all kinds of passenger cars: small city cars, electric cars, sports cars, off-road vehicles, classics and competition cars. We adapt the loading and securing to the condition and value of the vehicle, and we load it on a platform so the transfer is done with maximum care.
If your car is automatic or electric, or has any known lock, tell us when you call. It is a simple detail that lets us prepare the service from the start.
How the service works
- You call or message us on WhatsApp saying where you are, the model of the car and what is wrong.
- We give you a no-obligation quote before we set off.
- We come to your location, assess the vehicle and load it carefully on the platform.
- We take it to the workshop, your home or the destination you tell us.
What helps us when you call
Your exact location (you can share it on WhatsApp), the make and model, whether the car rolls or has a damaged wheel, whether the steering is locked and where you want it taken.
